UNITRIM TABLET – 10 X 10

Composition – Each Tablet contains:
Sulphamethoxazole B.P 400 mg
Trimethoprim B.P 80 mg

Indication

Co-trimoxazole tablet is indicated for the following bacterial infections:
Respiratory tract, Ear, nose, and throat infections: Acute exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, lung abscess, Bronchiectasis, lobar and broncho-pneumonia, pneumocystis carinii Pneumonia, sinusitis, and Otitis media.

Genito Urinary Tract infection: Gonorrhea, urethritis, pyelonephritis, pyelitis, prostatitis, and cystitis.
Gastro-intestinal tract infections: Invasive salmonellosis, typhoid and paratyphoid fevers, shigellosis, Bacillary dysentery, and cholera.

Other bacterial infections: Wound infections, acne, furunculosis, pyoderma, abscesses, acute and chronic Osteomyelitis, acute brucellosis, and septicaemia.
